Our Leadership Structure
Nick & Vicki Sutton (our Senior Leaders) have been authorised and given responsibility by Vineyard Churches to lead this church. However, they regularly meet with a Discernment Group for the purpose of discerning where the Holy Spirit is leading us, and developing strategy.
They also work alongside the following teams:
Our Staff Team also includes Zia Lee (Children & Families pastor) and Nicola Nicholson (Office Manager).
Our Neighbourhood Leaders oversee the various Life Groups which provide pastoral care across Coventry Vineyard. The Life Group Leaders are responsible for overseeing the Life groups whose primary aims are "doing life together" and "bringing life to our neighbourhoods".
The Trustees (or Directors) are responsible for the charitable side of our church giving wise counsel to matters of finance, legal issues, property and policies. Abigail Curran is the Chair of Trustees.
On a Sunday Morning, we have a committed team that coordinate those who serve at our Sunday Morning Gathering.
