In Coventry Vineyard we want to; 

• Form leaders who are equipped with the character and gifting to thrive in leadership
• Develop leaders who develop leaders

This does not depend on age, gender or colour, but on love for Jesus and ability to learn and be taught.

​Jesus taught us that leaders are primarily servants, so we look for those who are serving and continue to serve.

FORM

In order to grow and be sustainable, any group needs a structure. Jesus didn’t train his disciples to start services to make disciples, but rather he made disciples to start churches.

Therefore we intentionally seek to build a structure that will develop and multiply leaders who enable others to be formed, build friendships and missional groups.

• Theology training via Vineyard institute (For all who want to develop their bible and theology knowledge. Recommended for those involved in preaching)
